Tell us the bike you want and your budget. We may have one in the shop. If not, we'll look for one through Upway and handle the rest: we order it, tune it here before you take it home, and our mechanics service it later.

When we get a used bike for you through Upway, Hardt buys the bike and sells it to you.
Trade in your e-bike toward a new one.
Upway runs our trade-in program. Get an estimate below at home. If the number works for you, bring the bike in, and the confirmed value comes off a new bike from Hardt.
Get an estimate. Enter the bike's brand, category, model year, mileage, and original list price. You'll see an initial estimate right away.
Bring in the bike. We inspect it with you and send the details to Upway, who confirms the final value. It may differ from the initial estimate.
Apply it to a new bike. The confirmed amount comes off the price of a new bike from Hardt. Your old bike gets picked up at our shop; you don't box or ship anything.

Estimates come from Upway, our trade-in partner. Upway sets the trade-in values and buys the trade-in bikes. We don't earn a commission on trades. Eligible e-bikes are from 2014 or newer and include a certified lithium-ion battery, charger, and keys. Bikes with structural damage aren't eligible. After we inspect the bike with you, Upway confirms the final value. The brand you enter is sent to Upway as you type, to check it can be priced. The rest is sent when you submit each step.
