What to expect.
Straight answers about service, lead times, and drop-offs, so you know what to expect before you visit.
Do I need an appointment to browse bikes?
No. Walk in any time we're open, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 to 5. Test rides are always welcome.
How does service work? Can I get a quote over the phone?
Every bike gets an in-person assessment first. That's how we give you a clear, accurate recommendation and fair pricing. A quick phone estimate on a bike we haven't seen usually ends up wrong in one direction or the other, and we'd rather be straight with you.
How do I drop off a bike for service?
Just bring it by during shop hours. No appointment needed. We'll take a look, walk you through what it needs, and give you a straight answer on timing before any work starts.
How long will service take?
Typically about two weeks in season (May–October) and around four days off-season, depending on the job and what's in the queue. We'll give you a real estimate at drop-off. Simple fixes like a flat can often happen while you wait.
If I order a bike, how long until it arrives?
Standard orders typically take 5–10 business days once we've confirmed your size and build. Custom configurations or harder-to-get models can take up to 9 months. We'll confirm your exact timeline before you commit to anything.
Do you carry bikes for kids?
Yes, from first balance bikes to first “real” bikes. We fit kids properly in person, which matters more than it seems for a bike a kid will actually want to ride.
Is it true you're only an e-bike shop?
No, that's a misconception from our old site. We sell e-bikes, everyday bikes, and kids' bikes, and we service any brand you bring in, e-bike or not.
