Just walk in during shop hours. No appointment, no scheduling. We'll meet you and your bike at the door.
We assess it in person
Every bike gets a real look before we recommend anything. You'll get a clear explanation of what it needs and a fair price before any work starts.
We give you a real timeline
Timing depends on the job and what's ahead of it in the queue. We'll tell you a real estimate at drop-off rather than a generic promise.
What to expect on timing
Typical turnaround is about two weeks in season (May–October) and around four days off-season. Simple fixes like a flat can often happen while you wait. Either way, we'll tell you a real estimate once we've seen your bike, not a guess before we have.
