The fine print.
These terms govern use of hardtfamilycyclery.com. Purchases, service work, and repairs are handled in the shop under their own receipts, estimates, and warranties, not through this website.
Effective date: August 17, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the website. These terms cover the website only; anything you buy or have serviced at the shop is governed by your in-store receipt, estimate, or service order.
The website is informational — sales happen in the store
This site shows what we sell and service, current programs, and how to reach us. It is not an online store: you can't purchase a bike, reserve inventory, or complete a booking on the site itself.
Prices and availability. Bike prices, specifications, lead times, and availability shown on the site are our best current information, not a binding offer. Most bikes are built to order and manufacturer pricing and timelines change; we confirm the exact price, configuration, and timeline with you directly before you order.
Consultations, test rides, and drop-offs.Submitting a consultation, test-ride, or service request through the site is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm every request by text or phone. Test rides happen at the shop, subject to availability, sizing, weather, and our judgment about safe riding conditions.
Rebates and incentives. Our rebate and incentive information is educational, based on public program information that changes frequently. It is not tax, legal, or financial advice — confirm program details with the program itself or your own advisor.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scan, or compromise the website or its infrastructure.
- Don't submit malicious code, spam, false information, or content that violates someone else's rights.
- Don't use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The website, its copy, design, photos, graphics, and logos belong to Hardt Bicycle Project LLC or their respective owners (bike manufacturers' product images and marks belong to those manufacturers). You may view and share links to public pages; you may not copy, republish, or reuse substantial portions of the site or brand materials without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site links to third-party services — including Friiway (subscriptions), Upway (trade-ins and used bikes), and Google (maps, reviews, and business listings). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or practices. A transaction you complete on a third-party site is between you and that party.
Disclaimers
The website is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hardt Bicycle Project LLC disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the website, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. (In-store purchases and service carry their own separate warranties — this section is about the website.)
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hardt Bicycle Project LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
